7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexalith is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
